Effective November 7, 2026.
Mail Organizer is a personal tool used only with its developer's own Gmail account (kyledurieux@gmail.com).
With your permission through Google sign-in (the gmail.modify scope), it reads email headers (sender, subject, date, mailing-list headers) and email labels. It does not read attachments.
Only to decide which label each email gets and whether to archive it. Labels are added and the inbox label is removed. Nothing is deleted.
Email headers and the sign-in token are stored only on the developer's own computer to make later runs faster. No data is sold, shared with anyone, sent to any other service, or used for advertising or to train AI models.
Mail Organizer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Locally stored data can be deleted by deleting the tool's folder.
